• It inclosed with not only regenerated & modified starch, but also regenerated PVA. So it will be solved with ease and very little change as time goes by, for any other compounded size.

  There is no desizing trouble, a fabric sized with our sizing agent. It solved very ease with water in cooking step, and very easy to desizing after weaving.

  The cooked size solution, is very fine and very low viscosity so the size solution(=size particle) penetrated typically into, not only fiber to fiber but also cell to cell. With "ULTRA AIR JET" sized yarn is very well endure to abrasion & bending, so this size is used especially with fine yarn fabric, high speed weaving.

  It can save size amount and cooking energy, because of cook with very ease & take short time to size cooking

  Our size "ULTRA AIR JET" is used with cotton, rayon, linnen. flex, Ramie, polyester spun yarn, polyester cotton blended yarn, worsted & woollen wool yarn, .....etc

  "ULTRA AIR JET" has no trouble when mixed with PVA, Acryl, starch, wax, ....etc

  "ULTRA AIR JET" is very effect to Improve the sizing yarn quality, strengthen, flexibility, anti abrasion, maintanance of remaiming elongation (residual elongation) after sizing.

  This size is effect to lay down the hairliness, not the permeability of inter fiber, but film coating the yarn surface.

  Our size has suitable to moisture absorbtion and anti
  static property, because of it repress the static electricity and less influence of relative humidity and temperature of weaving room.
  It cause a very good condition of weaving room.

  So the weaver's working condition is better comfortable.
  The sized yarn has antibiotic of bacteria and well take custody of sized yarn and fabric.
